Who does the injecting?
Only our medical director, Dr. Simone Rahming, and our registered nurse injector. Every chart is reviewed and co-signed by Dr. Rahming, and every syringe and vial is recorded by lot number in your file.
Will I look "done"?
Not if we can help it. We start conservatively, check in at two weeks, and add more only if you want it. Your account shows exactly what was used, where, and how many units.
Is laser safe for darker skin?
Yes, with the right device and settings. Our Nd:YAG and BBL settings are chosen for Fitzpatrick IV–VI skin, and we patch-test first. Avoid tanning for two weeks before.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy?
Treatments over B$150 need a small deposit to book online, and it comes off your bill. Cancel or move up to 24 hours before for a full refund. Later than that, or a missed visit, and the deposit covers the missed-visit fee.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices on this page exclude 10% VAT, which is shown separately on your receipt. Gift cards aren't taxed until they're spent.
Can I bank Botox units?
Pearl members bank 10 neuromodulator units every month. Use them whenever you like; they apply automatically at checkout.
